British Science Week 2020

The National Heritage Science Forum has been celebrating British Science Week 2020 with a series of blog posts highlighting the achievements of the heritage science community.

We’re in the middle of British Science Week 2020 (6th-15th March) and the National Heritage Science Forum has been celebrating the work of its members and the wider heritage science community through a series of profiles on our blog. Heritage scientists from all stages of their careers are sharing fascinating insights into the work they do, from researching early photographic processes to modelling the effect of wave impacts on historic lighthouses. We're also sharing #BSW2020 events, so keep an eye out for heritage science events near you!

It’s so important to celebrate the work that heritage scientists do – and you can join in the conversation. We’ll be sharing all blog posts on Twitter and Facebook under the hashtag #BSW2020, tagging @ScienceWeekUK, too. Why not share your own #heritagescience project and highlight the wonderful work of heritage scientists?
