Emerging heritage science researcher seminar – 5th May 2022

Join us and the Icon Heritage Science Group online on 5th May, 16.00-17.30 for the first in a new series of four events to showcase the research of emerging heritage science researchers.

This first session features talks from Abed Haddad (David Booth Fellow in Conservation Science, The Museum of Modern Art in New York) on “Foundations of a Great Metaphysical Style”: Unraveling Giorgio de Chirico’s Early Palette and Antanas Melinis (SEAHA CDT Research Student) on Conditions for the safe storage of early glass.

Dr Paola Ricciardi will also talk about her work as Senior Research Scientist at The Fitzwilliam Museum and take part in a general discussion about developing a career in the field of heritage science.
