NHSF Conference Round-Up
We had such a wonderful time at our first ever NHSF Conference on 10th July!
It was fantastic to see about 120 of you there, and to browse many excellent poster submissions. Thank you to all our organisers, speakers, poster presenters and attendees. But the fun isn’t over yet! Our four bursary recipients have each written a blog post sharing their reflections from the day, and you can view them here:
- Reflection #1 from Georgia Millsom, PhD Student in the Department of Materials at Imperial College London and at Tate – special focus on the ‘speed mentoring’ workshop.
- Reflection #2 from Alison Dwyer ACR, Senior Conservator for the Conservation and Museums Advisory Service (CMAS) Wiltshire & Swindon History Centre – special focus on the ‘open access apps for preventive conservation’ workshop.
- Reflection #3 from Arianne Panton ACR, Manager of Conservation and Research, Leather Conservation Centre – special focus on the RICHeS workshop.
- Reflection #4 from Sam Matthews, Archaeological Science Fellow at The Engine Shed (Historic Environment Scotland) – special focus on the poster presentations.
And we now have a bonus reflection from RICHeS, recently published on their blog! Read it here.
