We're looking for a new Chair to succeed Professor Nigel Llewellyn when his term finishes at our next AGM.

This is a pivotal time for heritage science in the UK. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who will bring energy to strengthening NHSF's strategic relationships, growing its membership and realising the public benefits of heritage science.

The role is voluntary and the Chair would become a Trustee of NHSF. It offers the opportunity to work with an engaged Board of Trustees and Member Council, to champion heritage science and develop its profile, and to lead NHSF's contribution to the next Strategic Framework for Heritage Science in the UK which is currently in development and will cover the period 2024-2027.
